This is a DIY kit, complete with the following:
Waldotronics Spud I blank PCB
2x 1M resistors
1x 100k resistor
1x 10k resistor
1x 100R resistor
2x .022uf capacitors
1x 2.2uf capacitor
You will need to solder everything included, plus your own 22 gauge wires to the board. Please see the instructional video here to watch on youtube, or watch below. It was filmed for a Spud II tutorial, but the only difference is a different value resistor (100k in R1 value on the spud, vs 1 meg on the Spud II)
The Waldotronics Spud Buffer is based on the device used in Tiger. It has a static output of -1.7 dB and has a high impedance input and and low impedance output.
