Around a minute of material, give or take. I imagine this could be helpful if you’re looking to get yourself out of a rut, and/or learn some new licks, period. This one took off in the instagram world more than I expected it too, a lot of “fun” licks here that don’t mean or say a ton, but they’re great filler material to add to your phrasing vocabulary.
